The hours after the 9 to 5

Since starting my career in 2011 I’ve been a advocate and passionate supporter of young creatives and females within our industry. With just 11% of Creative Directors being women, I wanted to make my mark and be heard.

As so I began volunteering with SheSays, a non-profit organization, and after a year, I became their first president. I also created the Who’s Your Momma mentor network, which is still active today. I have facilitated and hosted events, participated in panel discussions, and shared my thoughts on podcasts. Some brands that have invited me to collaborate include Facebook, Natwest, Soho House and Battersea Power Station, as well as hosting a discussion with directors and freelance scriptwriters at Raindance Film Festival.

Three images illustrating a video production process. The first image shows a behind-the-scenes view of a camera filming a woman's interview in a room with lighting equipment. The second image features a woman in a plaid shirt sitting at a desk with a microphone in a cozy room, possibly recording a podcast or conducting an interview. The third image depicts four people standing on a red carpet at the Raindance Film Festival, posing for a group photo with a promotional backdrop behind them.

My work has been recognised by publications like:
